What is Entertaiment?

Entertaiment

The word Entertaiment means “the act of making something enjoyable.”

The activity of entertaining, which can be performed by a person or group, is one of the most common and popular ways for people to relax. When people are entertained, they release endorphins in their bodies that are known to relieve pain and stress. This is why many people enjoy watching TV shows and movies, or going to concerts and other events. In addition, they may also participate in hobbies that are enjoyable and allow them to forget about their problems for a while.
The word Entertaiment is from the Greek words ent, meaning “to entertain,” and eit, meaning “to be.” The word was first used in English in the early 18th century, and has been around since then.
